Flights to Alicante (ALC)
Alicante-Elche Airport is the main gateway. Ryanair, easyJet, Jet2, TUI and Vueling all operate frequent routes from the UK. Flight time from most UK airports is around 2h 30min. Alicante is one of the busiest summer airports in Spain — prices rise sharply from June.
ALSA Bus from Alicante
ALSA runs regular coaches from Alicante bus station (a short taxi from the airport) to Benidorm. Journey time is about 1 hour and tickets cost around €5–8. This is the cheapest transfer option but requires getting to the bus station first.

A pre-booked private transfer from Alicante Airport to Benidorm costs approximately €35–55 for up to 4 people. Door-to-door service with no waiting. For families or groups, this often works out cheaper per person than individual taxis.
TRAM — Local Light Rail
The TRAM system connects Benidorm with Alicante city and the surrounding Costa Blanca towns. Great for day trips to Altea, Calpe and Denia. Not connected directly to the airport, but useful once you're in the resort.
